They knew this would happen. The GOP wants these smaller farmers to fail so they can get bought out by their Big-Ag buddies for pennies on the dollar.

Who benefits the most from lower domestic production due to a decrease in the workforce in Florida? Extremely rich landowners in Mexico, and Central America whose production windows overlap. Buying a corrupt politician is cheaper than advertising.
