NIST published ten design tenets for agent identity management systems, intended to support secure adoption of agentic services in enterprise and consumer settings. The proposed framework calls for distinct agent identities, limited delegation, revocable permissions, and independent audit trails. The guidance is part of an NCCoE project on software and SI agent identity and authorization and will inform upcoming demonstrations and an SP 1800-series practice guide. https://www.biometricupdate.com/202611/nist-sets-10-principles-for-ai-agent-identity-and-authorization
