    I know Cal Newport of Deep Work fame espouses this idea, and I think he mentioned that Hemingway or some such writer also used this idea. Stop halfway in the middle of an idea or project at the end of the day so you can pick it up the next day easy.

    I am way ahead of the curve. I basically leave all my work to the next day. This continues till I have achieved the absolute perfection of all my work being transferred to the future and well overdue I then enter a zone of transcendental flow with astonishing productivity.
