That’s not how international law works. If a nation provides aid to another nation, like the US does for Israel, and Israel breaks international law, the repercussions are solely on Israel. If the aid is provided to an independent group rather than a sovereign nation, like Iran supplying the Houthis, Iran could be held responsible for the actions of the Houthis.

You’re right. It turns out genocide has different rules than war in international law. The ICC would first need to declare Israel’s acts to be genocide before holding its supporters accountable.
